This house is suitable for 10 people, perfect for families or large groups. The old charm of a typical Tuscan country home has been maintained and the atmosphere is warm and cosy.

. The Villa is a two: floor home. On the ground floor: main entrance hall, living room, another small living room with the original fireplace, spacious fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and dining area for 10 people. A door leads onto the garden in front of the covered patio for dining al fresco . On the first floor: two master bedrooms (one with private terrace, one with mandolato walls and beamed ceiling) and three bedrooms with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, with bathtub or shower and closet. Facilities include washing machine, dishwasher, five burner gas stove, electrical hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, iron board, tcv, internet wi: fi, cots and high chairs on request. Plenty of garden furniture, sun beds, bbq. Antiques furniture, ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, screen nets in all the windows.

The garden all around the property is fenced and has olives trees, pines and flowers so that it can easily treat yourself to find a lovely shady corner to relax or bask in the sun around the swimming pool. This is for your exclusive use with sunbeds. The house also allows you to eat al fresco under the two sections covered patio, one side wide open with table and chairs overlooking the countryside, the other side partially closed with barbecue and a big eating table.
